John Hantz, of the financial services firm Hantz Group, hopes to rejuvenate the city of Detroit by creating the world’s largest urban farm. John hantz is makng a play to become a large landowner so that he can develop fancy houses. He is just using farming as his scam to play Detroit politicians as a bunch of chumps.
