Where do you go if you want to survive in a polluted ocean? How about 7 miles down? The Mariana Trench is an astounding 11,033 meters (36,201 feet) deep. While it may take a special kind of creature to survive in the total blackness and endure pressure of over 8 tons per square inch, a recent expedition returned with a few photos of some remarkable animals who’re doing just that.
